Returns & Refunds

We accept eligible returns and refund requests within 30 days of delivery.

After 30 days, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, except where required by applicable consumer law.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If a product is faulty, defective, damaged, or not as described, you may have legal rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, even where the 30-day period has passed.

To request a return or report an issue with your order, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

Refunds that are approved will normally be issued to the original payment method.
